Welcome to Casa Vistas del Rio 🌴

We want you to relax, enjoy the pool, experience the wildlife,
and make yourself at home. These simple guidelines help keep
Casa Vistas del Rio peaceful, comfortable, and enjoyable for
everyone.

Quiet Hours

Please help us respect our neighbors and fellow guests.
Keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours:

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Pool Hours

The pool is available for registered guests during:

8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Please shower before swimming, supervise children at all times,
and avoid excessive noise around the pool.

Air Conditioning

Please use the air conditioning responsibly and turn it off
whenever you leave your casita.

  • Keep doors and windows closed while A/C is running.
  • Please do not leave A/C running in an unoccupied room.
  • Use the ceiling fan when additional air circulation is desired.
  • Keep the thermostat at a comfortable, reasonable setting.

No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including
patios, decks, porches, and outdoor areas.

Guests & Occupancy

Only the number of guests included in your reservation may
stay at the property. Additional guests require prior approval.

Pets

Pets are not permitted unless specifically authorized as part
of your reservation. Service animals are handled according to
applicable law.

Grills & Outdoor Areas

Charcoal grills are not permitted. Please use only the
designated cooking and dining areas and clean up after use.

Security

Please close and lock doors and windows whenever you leave
the property. Keep personal belongings secure and use the
designated parking area.

Respect the Property & Wildlife

Casa Vistas del Rio is surrounded by tropical nature and
wildlife. Please do not feed, chase, or disturb animals,
and treat the gardens and furnishings with care.

💚 A Little Pura Vida

Please treat Casa Vistas del Rio as you would your own home.
Keep shared spaces clean, be considerate of other guests and
neighbors, and let us know promptly if you notice a maintenance
or safety issue.
